STMP Setting Instructions.
The free SMTP tool allows prize claim emails to be sent out and returned to your email account. This feature suits big brands who want emails from them and digital agencies who wish to white-label emails without clients or players seeing emails from @priiize.com.
STMP – 3 options to choose from.
We have three options for configuring SMTP or email details for sending emails from your emails.
1) SMTP [ get SMPT details from your mail or domain provider ]
2) SNS [ https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sns/latest/dg/sns-email-notifications.html ]
3) Send Grid [ https://auth0.com/docs/customize/email/smtp-email-providers/configure-sendgrid-as-external-smtp-email-provider ]
Turn off the “Email” toggle to stop sending emails from Priiize.
Instructions using SMTP Settings
SMTP settings are your outgoing mail server settings; this protocol only works for outgoing messages. Most email software is designed to use SMTP for communication purposes when sending emails.
Your Priiize STMP Setting can be set Globally across all campaigns or at single Campaign Level. In this example, we are using Global.
Start:
Select STMP Setting from your dashboard.
Here we add the SMTP setting.
When the User clicks the “Add SMTP Setting” button that time, one model is visible on the screen.
There we manage three types of providers, 1. SMTP 2. SES 3. SENDGRID.
SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol)
SMTP Email Relay Solutions is a transactional email service formerly from SharpSpring and now a J2 Global company.
SES (Simple Email Service)
Simple Email Service is an outbound-only email-sending valuable marketing and transactional email service, relying on the infrastructure.

SendGrid is a cloud-based SMTP provider that allows you to send emails without maintaining email servers.
SMTP: Suppose the User selects SMTP provided and then the fields visible below.

After clicking the Validate and Save button detail is saved on the listing page.
This same process followed on the campaign level.
- Open any campaign.
- Click on the Campaign Result tab.
- Select SMTP Setting
- Click on Add SMTP Setting button.

Users can see their email logs after sending the emails in the related fields below.
