The opt-in form collects everyone’s email address, which uses the Facebook or Google opt-in or an email address from other systems. It provides an option to add one or more custom fields. You can turn these options on or off and use 1x-Use access codes. This template is excellent for List Builder Campaigns.
The Opt-In Form provides auto-fill for accounts that promote games through CRM programs via email or from within an App. This feature prevents typos when typing in email addresses and phone numbers. The Single and Random Access Code Opt-In Feature and Instructions are also available.

You can include all forms or one or the others using specific templates. For example, if you plan on using an opt-in to play, you will need to use a template that includes the Optin-in Form. The same applies to having a prize claim form on your game.

Template
This basic Scratch-off Card template is excellent for situations where players show their prize won on their cellphone to you or your staff. Big brands also use this Basic Scratch and Win template integrated with Webhook for winners lists, prize management, and adhering to corporate privacy policies following this simple workflow.
You can also embed promo codes and UPC in prize images and add a call to action feature for losers and winners.
2. Scratch & Win
+ Opt-In Template
Players must opt-in to play. You can use Facebook, Google, Email, and custom fields, activate the unique access code feature using 1x use or generic access codes to play or use URL Parameters to capture opt-in data without players needing to fill out the opt-in form.
This template is suitable for Email and SMS list-building campaigns, coupons, and discounts that do not require players to submit a prize claim form, show their prize won on their cell phones to you or your staff, or present a claim form. It is also excellent for List-Builder Campaigns.

You can also embed promo codes in prize images, add a UPC, and add a call to action. Add Offer-Specific URLs on each prize for the First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number merge/personalization fields from the Opt-In Form and integrate with your landing pages with coded personalization fields.
