OPT-IN FORM INSTRUCTIONS.

(1) The Email Field must be activated on the Opt-In Form for Email Confirmations to work.
(2) Deactivate the Facebook and Google Icons so only the Email Field displays on the Opt-In Form.
The email field is at TAB 3 PREVIEW > Opt-In (New) > Email Input.
Click the Facebook and Google links on the menu and deactivate them with their toggle switches so only the Email field displays.

Note that the toolbar for text styling is like Word. Make text in different sizes and colors.

Loser Email Text Customization is available on TAB 3 PREVIEW > Loser > Email. If you don’t want to deploy Loser emails, deactivate its toggle switch, “Do you want to send email?”

COLUMN (1) APPROVED Winner Email Text Customization. This is where your custom text needs to be entered. Delete the copy in the template and replace it with your custom copy. If you are using Priiize Emails, include a way for winners to contact you if they have questions. Include an email address or phone number. If you are using your email server, the choice is yours if you want to include contact information or not.
COLUMN (2) NOT APPROVED prize claim email customization.

Email Confirmations are customized with your content for Winners and Losers notifications.
They will always include the prize image and description below your text.
If you played the PRESIDENT’S ROUND TABLE scratch-off game, you would receive a winner’s email notification like the example below. Each Winner Confirmation Email to automatically distribute it to winners or manually do it based on your game’s criteria.
Using the Prize Validation Codes tool, you can embed a single-use unique eGift Card Redemption Code or Promo Code within each Winner Confirmation Email to automatically distribute it to winners or manually do it based on your game’s criteria.
