1 – Prize Images –
SIZE: 300×300 Pixels
Must be in a square format; 300×300 pixels is the recommended size. Use PNG, JPEG, or GIF images.
2 – “Scratch-Here” Pad

3 – Logo:
SIZE: 600×200 Pixels
There is no set size for a logo; it is subjective and depends on the proportions of your logo. Horizontal logos work best. We recommend a maximum image area of 600×200 pixels, ensuring it displays nicely on desktop views and scales down smoothly on mobile devices. You may need to experiment with this and view it on both your cellphone and PC to determine the best size and fit, ensuring that the prize claim or call-to-action buttons are not pushed out of view at the bottom of the screen on mobile devices.
If you make the logo too tall, it pushes everything below it down, such as the scratch-here pad, prize image, and ‘Claim Prize’ text. A logo that is too tall may make the claim prize button too low and out of view for your players, causing confusion and game abandonment. It is always best to view your design on a mobile phone as you build it.
4 – Backgrounds – There are three options to choose from.
(A) For solid color backgrounds, we use HTML HEX colors, which are created using a standard color selector tool. No image is required for solid color backgrounds, but it’s good to know it is available. HEX colors work seamlessly on all devices.
(B) One Background Image for all devices (mobile, tablet, laptop, and desktop)
SIZE: 1920×1080 pixels:
First, NO high-res images are allowed; they may cause the campaign to display slowly, not work correctly, or shut down. Keep the image file sizes as small as possible. This is an excellent solution if you are using a generic or abstract background. It is not responsible and will stretch in and out with the device it is played on.
(C) Responsive Background Images – make one each for mobile, tablet, and desktop/tablet.
CROPPED SIZES:
- Mobile: 1080×1920 pixels
- Tablet: 1536×2048 pixels
- Desktop/Laptop: 1920×1080 pixels
Each image will be uploaded to your game and displayed accordingly.

To use one background image for all devices:
- (A) Click the Preview Tab.
- (B) Click Background tab.
- (C) Click “Image.“
- (E) Click “Choose File” and upload the background image.
To add separate background images for responsive backgrounds on Cellphones and Tablets:
5. (D) Click the toggle switch to activate.
6. (F) Click “Choose File” and upload the Mobile phone background image.
7. (G) Click “Choose File” and upload the Tablet background image.
8. (H) Click “Save.“
Custom ‘Coin Scratcher’ Image
Create your custom image (128x128px) and set vertical and horizontal guides to divide it into four quadrants, as shown in step 1.
Place your custom coin scratcher image in the upper left quadrant, as shown below in step (2). Don’t worry if it looks too small. The software will blow it up and adjust it to fit your scratch-off game.
Please do not make your custom image the full size of the 128×128 image area; it will appear missing, and players won’t be able to play your game.
