Mechanics of a 4 Retail Industry Scratch-Off Game Promotions using the Priiize Scratch-Offs Template System.
There are many different ways to construct the game mechanics of a retail scratch-off game. The four examples below are a few ways to do it. Every campaign (same as a game) generates its unique URL and QR code. This is what you give your audience to play from.

Retail Industry Scratch-Offs: Scenario #1
Give each player your game's QR Code and their 1x-use Game Access Code To Play on cards at your retail location.
This campaign used pre-printed cards with unique access codes on each. Using cash register receipts or SMS text messages can accomplish the same tactic. As discussed in the other scenarios, you can also run games without access code cards.
(1) The customer scans the QR Code on Game-Play Access Card. They are brought to this first Game Screen and enter their unique 1x-Use Game Play Code to play. If a player does not have a code, they cannot play. The code is suitable for one scratch-off play. Customers click the “Play” button after entering the code.
(2) The scratch-off game appears, and the customer scratch off the “Scratch Here” pad to play.
(3) Prize Reveal – The prize reveal is displayed after the scratch-off. If the winner does not submit their prize claim by the date shown below their prize image, they forfeit their prize. If the reveal is a “Loser” reveal, there is no prize claim form to fill out.
(4) Prize Claim Form – winners enter their contact information and click the “Claim Prize” button to submit their prize claim.
(5) Prize Claims are either approved or denied as determined by you or if they did not submit the claim form by the expiration date. After a prize is approved automatically or manually, the winner receives a Prize Claim Email Notifier (example below).
Their cellphone screen and email notifier have your unique Prize Promo Code, which your employee enters into the POS System to approve and let the winner redeem their prize. Cashiers can enter the prize Promo Code from this screen or the prize claim email notifier. Prize Promo Codes prevent fraud.

(1) This Retail Scratch Game utilizes custom Prize Promo Codes for each prize. Retailers upload prize promo codes on their POS System and Priiize dashboard to integrate them. As each award is won, they deplete their respective promo code, which is removed from Priiize’s prize inventory and the retailers’ POS System until they run out. Once used up, each prize allotment stops awarding each prize.
(2) Create 1x-Use Game Play Access Codes. These codes are needed for players to access and play the scratch off game. Preprinted cards are custom printed with a 1x-Use Access Code and the game’s QR Code. Customers with cash register receipts of $25 and more receive a free access card to play the game.
Using a 1x-Use Game Play Access Code will prevent fraud.
(3) Prize Redemption takes place at the retailer’s courtesy desk. Each prize claim is issued an email notifier that displays the prize and Prize Promo Code.
The cashier types in the Prize Promo Code as proof of customers receiving their award and enters the code on the Store POS System as the prize being won and redeemed.
No one else can redeem a prize multiple times using the same Prize Promo Code. Using Prize Claim Codes prevents claiming the prize numerous times.
(4) Promote scratch-off games on in-store signage and kiosks, CCTVs, print ads, weekly circulars, TV advertising, email blasts, social media, and SMS text messages.

This second scenario is a customer coming to your store or showroom to play and claim their prize.
No purchase is necessary. This campaign is to get foot traffic into the store and customers in front of salespeople or store associates giving them a new potential customer and sales opportunity or new product line launches. An auto dealership, phone store, flooring, furniture store, or restaurant is a good application. Mobile phone store, etc.
